Terms and conditions of sales and guarantee
For all new products purchased from the online store www.avamarket.ee (Avamarket), a minimum 24-month warranty applies for individuals. For legal entities, the warranty period specified by the manufacturer is applicable. To expedite warranty-related inquiries, kindly review the following information before calling or writing:
- Invoice number or order number.
- Serial number of the purchased product (if available).
Warranty: Avamarket OÜ intermediates manufacturer warranties and warranty procedures for the sold devices, but does not conduct warranty repairs itself. In the absence of an authorized service center in Estonia, warranty repairs will be carried out through the distributor or manufacturer.
Warranty service is based on the invoice issued by Avamarket and a device with an intact serial number. If the serial number is damaged or unreadable, the warranty repair provider may reject the repair.
Warranty period: All products sold in the online store www.avamarket.ee come with a minimum 24-month warranty for individuals. For legal entities, the warranty period specified by the manufacturer is applicable. The warranty period begins from the moment of product delivery to the buyer. The duration of the warranty period may vary depending on the distributor of the product.
Warranty does not cover:
- Consumable parts (batteries, cartridges, print heads, CD discs, mouse pads, etc.), as well as packaging and documentation.
- User data that has been lost due to device malfunction or warranty repair. It is the customer's responsibility to back up data before sending the product for warranty repair.
- Software, including pre-installed software, and malfunctions caused by software.
- Physical damages and defects resulting from accidental or intentional actions, as well as damages caused by external objects (liquids, insects, excessive dust, etc.).
- Malfunctions and damages caused by non-operational electrical systems (e.g., lack of grounding), power outages, or fluctuations in network voltage.
- Malfunctions and damages caused by using non-original parts or incompatible accessories.
- Malfunctions caused by improper use of the device or violation of usage instructions (using the product in conditions different from normal).
Warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- Physical damage to the product or improper maintenance.
- Violation of the rules or conditions of use specified in the product manual, or using the product for unintended purposes.
- Attempted self-repair of the product or repair by a third party unknown to KMS Projektiabil OÜ.
- Damaged or unreadable serial number or product number.
Return policy: After receiving the order, the consumer (individual) has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Avamarket online store without providing reasons within 14 days. The 14-day return period does not apply to legal entities. The consumer is responsible for the deterioration of the returned item's condition if they used the item in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to ascertain its characteristics, qualities, and functionality. The consumer covers the costs related to returning the item.
Claims procedure: Avamarket is responsible for discrepancies in the product that were present at the time of transfer and become evident within two years from the moment of product delivery to the buyer. During the first year after delivery, it is assumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery. In the event of a defect, please contact us at info@avamarket.ee, providing the buyer's name, contact phone number, order number, and an accurate description of the defect. All claims will be reviewed, and we will get in touch within 14 days.
